It truly was a privilege to be part of XX's celebration. It was encouraging to me to see how all the carers and staff genuinely cared for and loved XX beyond any 'job description'!

Please find attached Shared Approach Ltd.'s completed Contract Monitoring Report Feb 2018. On my visits to the Schemes I evidenced Good Practice throughout with the provision of Care of a Consistent Standard, staff were very receptive and informative.

So as the latest chapter in my odyssey through life draws to a close I want to send Big Love to all my friends and colleagues at Shared Approach (both tagged here and not). It's been a true privilege to work with you all. In a world that never ceases to amaze at just how s*!t people can be to each other, it's heart-warming to know that there are good people like you working tirelessly to make our society that little bit more civilised. You all do an incredible job, and for little reward or public recognition. Love and respect xx
